“I draw, I paint, and I print. I have done for as long as I can remember, from childhood scribbles to sketching landscapes on my I-Pad.

“My images are taken from the real world and the imagination. The flattening of form and the expressive use of line are tools for the imagination and the hand that guides them. To convey a sense of volume with just a line can be the work of a lifetime.

“My love of the human form is always to the fore, be it an ink or pencil life drawing or mono print. Varying the mediums keeps me fresh and means I can experiment with new techniques.

“But however I work, I always draw the same: from eye to heart to paper.”
